Frustrating

I live an hour and a half away from a good needlework store. It is so frustrating. I’m sure I’m not alone, so I decided to start an on-line cross stitch supply store. My husband and I have been working hard on updating www.acornneedle.com Our website has been taking a lot of time and love. We want it to be a great place for people to shop anytime from anywhere.

I’ve also started my own cross stitch project. It is “The Village of Hawk Run Hollow” from Carriage House Samplings. I’ve never done a project this big. I like quick results, so I usually do smaller projects. When I saw this one, I fell in love with it. It is like a bunch of small projects, but all on one piece of fabric. I love samplers and this one is especially appealing with the small town primitive look.
